Shipping Policy

Please allow between 3 & 7 days to receive your order as our candles are hand poured with Love especially for you. You will receive shipping notification by email once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Candles, Diffusers & Wax Melts are made to order & often personalised so are non-refundable. We do not accept returns unless your item has arrived damaged. Please send us an email to info@may-twenty.com if your Item should arrived damaged. Please include photographs of the damaged item. Personalised or bespoke Items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless damaged. We will be happy to refund or replace any such items.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with a product/s that you have purchased from us, please let us know. You can contact us by email at info@may-twenty.com. Our returns & Refunds policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased online with a valid receipt or order number. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from your purchase.

After the 14-day period we cannot offer you a refund. Unless your product is faulty.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, bonus items, manuals, and documentation. If returned unopened in the original box we will offer you an exchange or a refund back onto your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for used Items or Items damaged after the 14-day period. If an Item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and email us the photograph in its original packaging and we will get a replacement out to you.

Shipping Policy

May Twenty Products such as essential oils, handwashes & lotions, diffuser drops, room sprays & linen mists including electrical items or textiles will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days. You will recieve a confirmation of shipping email when your order has been shipped alomg with a tracking number.

Supplier orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier. All supplier orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This can sometimes be earlier.

Our candles, Diffusers & Wax Melts are all handmade & made in house therefore have a faster fulfilment time.
