Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are unhappy with a product/s that you have purchased from us, please let us know. You can contact us by email at info@may-twenty.com. Our returns & Refunds policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased online with a valid receipt or order number. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from your purchase.
After the 7-day period we cannot offer you a refund. Unless your product is faulty.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, bonus items, manuals, and documentation. If returned unopened in the original box we will offer you an exchange or a refund back onto your original payment method.
We do not accept returns for used Items of Items damage after the 14-day period. If an Item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and email us the photograph in its original packaging and we will get a replacement out to you.
Candles, Diffusers & Wax Melts are made to order & often personalised so are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on Arrival.

Shipping Policy
Supplier orders will be dispatched directly from our supplier. All supplier orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This can sometimes be earlier. Please check on your product whether it will be dispatched from our supplier or May Twenty.
May twenty own product Orders are processed and shipped on business days only and within 3-5 days. Our candles, Diffusers & Wax Melts are all handmade & made in house therefore have a faster fulfilment time.
